Store, Sync and Share Your Files Online

Do you still transfer files the old way?

You know.. emailing files to yourself so you can open them up at work or home? Or transferring via USB?

I used to, until I found an easier way.

A much easier way..

I now store, sync and share my files online using Dropbox.

Dropbox is software that syncs your files online and across your computers.

Put your files into your Dropbox on one computer, and they’ll be instantly available on any of your other computers that you’ve installed Dropbox on.

It also works on Windows, Mac, and Linux too!

Because a copy of your files are stored on Dropbox’s secure servers, you can also access them from any computer or mobile device.

Unlike other programs, Dropbox doesn’t have a complicated interface to learn. It’s built right into your desktop!

Getting Started

Step 1: Create a Free Dropbox Account then download and install it on your PC.

Step 2: Drag and drop any file or folder into your Dropbox folder,

Step 3: Once your file or folder is inside your Dropbox folder, the program immediately starts syncing it to Dropbox’s secure servers.

Once this has finished, the file’s icon is marked with a green check.

Your file is now safely backed up online and also accessible from the Dropbox website.

Step 4: Install Dropbox on other computers you use, and they’ll also receive a copy of the files you’ve put in your Dropbox.

If I am at work, I can still access my files by logging into the Dropbox web interface,

That’s it!

Now that Dropbox is watching your file, any changes you make will sync up instantly and automatically.

This gives you the freedom to work on any computer you choose.

Yes it's an awesome tool I have been using it for over a year now and could not be without it. You can also get a wee bit more 'free' MB space when you refer other people to sign up too.

  2. I LOVE Dropbox, I now have the confidence to work from anywhere and be able to give my clients the best service possible.

I recently started using dropbox and find it easier to use than similar services. Definitely recommended.
