I am doing some sm consulting work for a great org, NYC Wildflower Week (www.nycwildflowerweek.org, Twitter:nycww) and have just started to engage in twitter for them. One similar and very helpful ap I use is Schmapp.it. WOW! It's great. It hooks up automatically to google maps, you can add all relevant info, a picture, links, and you can event set up auto tweet. I pretty much love it! Thank you for the heads up on this new, potentially very helpful ap,

Thanks for this Matthew – I've just gone through your steps and added an event to tweetmyevents!
I hope they're working on SEO though as a search for their name doesn't find anything on google p.1: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=fir…
also – the link to my event that was tweeted was broken :-/
lol – but i will persevere as I think the site's a great ideas and particularly useful to us as we run regular training courses
